Tasting Notes | Well balanced showing hints of citrus, honey and apricot notes carrying forward into rich tastes of raisons and apricots. Strong and pleasant finish. Comments: I must also admit I like Bourgogne wines, generally. Nice, yellowy, easy, fresh and pure. With acid. Nose fruity with some flower. I paired it grilled saumon/salmon, Camarquean rice, fresh carrott stick and simple and fresh salade. Excellent value. Light Bourgogne White Won’t find it outside of France! |
