Great value for a Brut sparkling wine made in Tournan en Brie (approx. 115 km from Champagne). This is Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Bright, lively, shows apple, pear on palate with slight creamy texture and medium lasting finish. The night before, had a Champagne that was four times the price and only nominally better— for my money, I’ll take this.
