Insurance is optional but recommended and is charged at 1.5% of the value of your order.

Conditions and Regulations of Ordering:
Persons ordering alcoholic beverages must be over the age of 18 years
A minimum of six bottles per case of the same type of wine must be ordered. No mixed cases will be supplied unless they are a pre packed range of selected wines offered as a package by The French cellar.
Any orders requiring re direction from an address previously provided on the order, will be charged at the rate provided on the delivery charges schedule at the new destination rate.

WARNING : Under the liquor act 1992 it is an offence:
To supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years (penalty $25,000).
For a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor (penalty exceeds $25,000
